Here you can read about the terms and conditions for sales and delivery of any product shown at the KNAEKKETHVID web shop. When you place an order, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them before you shop.

Place an order
As soon as you place an order, you will be sent an automatic e-mail that confirms that we has received your order. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a second e-mail confirming that you order has been accepted and when it will be dispatched from the workshop.

Shipping and delivery
The item will be shipped out within 14 days depending on which product is chosen. Shipment varies, as all jewellery is made by hand and not all styles are in stock. Shipment time for special orders may be longer. It is important that you are happy with your purchase, so if you think the item you have received have been damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately at info@knaekkethvid.dk. For exchange of faulty item at delivery, the item must be returned unused in the original packaging.

Free delivery in Denmark.
Outside Denmark delivery is 200 DKK or free delivery on orders over 2999 DKK.

Price and payment
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. The credit card used must be in your own name. All card owners are submitted to validation, control and approval of the credit card issuer. Should your credit card issuer refuse payment, KNAEKKETHVID cannot be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries. Should the credit card approval and validation fall though entirely KNAEKKETHVID reserves the right to annul the order. When placing an order at the web shop you guarantee that information regarding your payment is correct and valid. The prices listed do not include shipment costs. See section on shipment and delivery for further information. KNAEKKETHVID reserves the right for errors in price and/or price changes in the web shop.

The product
I want all customers to receive quality goods. However, it is important to note that minor differences may occur, as all jewellery is handmade. Certain pieces are recommended to try on prior to an order, as adjustments may be necessary. There may be minor variations from time to time, in regards to style, colour and description of the item on the web shop. The colour reproduction may also depend on your own screen and screen settings, which is why a 100% colour guarantee cannot be made. To the extent permitted by Danish law, KNAEKKETHVID cannot be held accountable for any direct or indirect losses linked to dereliction of duty, breach of contact, negligence or in any other way. The responsibility of KNAEKKETHVID is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item bought.

Return and exchange policy
In accordance with Danish legislation an item can be returned within 14 days. This is from the day that the item was received. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition, which includes tags and original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach the workshop and please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. KNAEKKETHVID is not responsible for any items that are returned in error or lost in the mail, which is why it is recommended to use an ensured postal service. Any costs connected to a returned item are your own. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect and process the goods within 2 working days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item, please write an email with the specific details to info@knaekkethvid.dk. Any exchange, must take place within the 14 days of return right. Shipping cost of exchanged goods is your own.

Please note that special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
